HELLAGOOD DROPS

Drop line management

Organize the chaos. Keep the hype.

Three hundred people outside and a shop that holds twenty-five. Give everyone a place in line, then bring them in at the pace your event can handle.

Build it, test it with 10 signups, pay $79 only when you go live. No subscription.

How it works

Getting in line is one scan. Everything after it is the hard part.

The scan takes a second. What happens next is the product — a whole crowd you can move, a group at a time, from your hand.

1 · Join

They scan to get in line

One scan and they have a spot. It works on whatever they already carry.

2 · Wait anywhere

Coffee, car, home

Their place is held while they grab coffee, so they arrive happy.

3 · Get called

A text and a live pass

Their pass changes as their turn approaches, so they always know where they stand.

4 · Come in

Scanned at the door

One scan and they are in. Quick for them, certain for you.

The first of its kind

A whole crowd. One hand.

Nobody has built this for drops before. Every person is on one screen — here, 152 of them across four lanes — and you move them the way the night is actually going.

The board during a shoe drop: four lanes with their waiting counts, 22% called
152 waiting, four lanes, 22% called. One screen, at the busiest moment of the night.
Move them in groups

Twelve in. Then twelve more.

Vega Shift just took L1–L12 — twelve people, because twelve is what fits. Rowe One has 55 waiting and has not been called in ten hours. Each line moves at the speed its table can handle, and you decide when.

Keep the street clear

152 waiting. None of them outside.

They are in a coffee shop, their car, the park — everyone keeping their place until you call them. The crowd is still 152. Your sidewalk is not.

Everyone stays happy

Nobody has to ask how long

All 152 can see their own spot on their phone, and it moves as you move them. The board knows 44 have been called and 24 never turned up. Nobody is guarding a place in a line that does not exist.

Two ways to run it

One door, or many spots.

Pick the one that matches your event. The mixed squares are your crowd, a color means they have been called, and a rectangle is a way in.

Ladder

one door

Groups climb toward a single entrance. The color is how close you are — which is exactly what keeps a guest calm and nearby instead of pressed against your glass.

Lanes

many doors

One list, many spots. Every spot is a way in, so being called is their turn — and they are told exactly where to walk.

One door, or many spots?

That one question picks your flow. One door is Ladder. Many spots is Lanes. One spot is still Lanes — that is simply "get in line", ready the moment you open it.

Spots can be different things.

Free hats at one table and free shoes at the next? Turn on let people choose and checking in asks which line they want. Everyone gets one turn at each table — do the shoes, then line up for the hats — and never the same table twice. They switch lines from their pass, whenever they like.

Two things nobody else does

A drop crawl, and a pass that cannot lie.

Both are optional. Both are included. Turn them on when your event needs them and ignore them when it does not.

What is a drop crawl?

Like a pub crawl, only nobody is drinking.

When you are handing out several different things and each person may have one of each, the hard part is not the line. It is remembering who already got the hoodie, who is still waiting on the hat, and who is quietly trying for seconds.

Everyone carries the same card from the moment they check in. Every table on it, and every table they finish gets a check. They pick their next stop from their phone and join the shortest line going — so the crowd spreads itself across your tables instead of piling onto one.

Nobody gets the same thing twice, and nobody has to remember anything. Not your staff, not your guests.

Pass verification

Free, and only if you want it.

Any member of staff can scan a pass at any point — at the door, at a table, halfway down the line. One tap tells you whether this person is where they are meant to be, whether they have already been served, and whether the pass has been passed around or altered.

Most of the time it catches something honest: somebody stood in the wrong line, or turned up a table early. Sometimes it catches the other thing. Either way it is one tap on a phone you already have, and there is nothing to install.

Run the whole event without it if you like. Nothing breaks — you just take people's word for it.

Who this is for

Anywhere a crowd arrives at once.

A release, a giveaway, a festival, a shift change. More people than you can serve at the same moment — and you want every one of them to leave happy.

Ladder

Sneaker & streetwear releases

One door, a space that holds what it holds, and a crowd that showed up before you opened.

Ladder

Collectible and card drops

Limited stock, one register, and a line that keeps moving all day.

Ladder

Pop-ups and launch nights

A space that fills fast, and a crowd you would rather keep happy than keep standing.

Lanes

Wristband & merch giveaways

Several tables handing out the same thing, where the only limit is how fast hands move.

Lanes

Signings and meet-and-greets

Two or three artists at once, and one turn with each — everybody gets round them all without standing in three lines.

Lanes

Tastings, demos, fittings

A few minutes at each spot, and when it gets busy you just open another one.

Lanes

Concerts and festivals

Merch, food and the bar are three lines, and every one of them costs somebody a song. Hold their place at all three — they go when it is their turn, and nobody misses the show standing still.

Lanes

Volunteer and crew check-in

A hundred people arriving for four different shifts. Each shift is its own line, so the eight o'clock crew is not standing behind the noon one.

Nerd alert

Want to see how it actually gets used?

We set up two real drops and wrote down everything — a toy launch across three tables, a shoe release across four. Which settings, why, and every screen the staff and the guests saw. More detail than anyone asked for.

Their pass, on their phone

It is just a pass. We made it HellaGood anyway.

Every guest gets a live pass the second they sign up: your poster, your product, your name. Keep it open in the browser, or add it to Apple Wallet and their phone taps them on the shoulder when it is their turn.

Every pass is a chance to show off your brand. Take it.
